2 sticks butter, room temperature
2 1/4 cups sugar

1 Tbsp baking powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a 10″ bundt pan using butter and flour.
Cream butter and 2 cups sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients into creamed mixture (do not over mix).
Add remaining 1/4 cup sugar with pecans and cinnamon. Set aside.
Pour half the batter into bundt pan and sprinkle half of the pecan mixture on top. Add the remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the pecan mixture on top. Set in middle rack of oven. Bake for 60 minutes.
