Preheat oven to 375F
1 Arrange halibut in a baking dish, leaving space between fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter tomatoes, feta, and olives, garlic, and thyme on top of fish, then drizzle with olive oil. Squeeze half lemon over the dish.
2. Place baking dish on center rack of oven and set timer to 15 minutes. At 15 minutes check on doneness of the fillets. Halibut is done when thickest part flakes easily or has reached an internal temp of 130F
